ODS is our white-glove maintenance retainer. We assign an ODS Director to your Thinkific school who manages your ongoing task list and keeps your tech stack functional. It’s optional — but most clients who want to focus on teaching rather than platform management take it up.
All project work is fixed-price based on a detailed scope agreed in writing upfront. No hourly billing, no scope creep surprises. ODS support is a monthly retainer. You’ll have exact figures within 48 hours of the strategy call.
